We are recruiting Healthcare Workers in need of sponsorship to work in the UK. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply. Leicester Area ONLY. We are able to provide a new visa sponsorship or visa sponsorship swap for candidates that are already in the UK.
Your role as a Health Care Worker
As a Health Care Worker, your key responsibility will be to support our clients in the community to continue to live independently in the comfort of our residential care home.
This involves tasks such as:
- Attending to multiple clients in their properties in the Leicester area and assisting them with personal care (dressing, bathing, toileting…)
- Assistance with daily activities (feeding, encouragement…)
- Meal preparation - Must be able to cook simple meals
- Assistance with medication
Companionship. Some clients want company, so that they can still enjoy their favourite past times and don't have to do them on their own.
About The Job
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,540 Basic
Hours: 40 Hours per week basic
Vehicle / Drivers License: Not necessary as the clients live in an area with public transport.
VISA / Work Permit: We are able to provide a new Tier 2 visa sponsorship (5 years) or visa sponsorship swap for candidates that are already in the UK. If you are offered a Tier 2 sponsorship visa, we are able to assist with your flight and relocation fees. You cover your own visa cost and you must complete and pass the 3 month probationary period. (T&C Apply).
Qualifications
Have at least 1 year of health care job experience.
Have a clean police record, and proof of this.
Provide a CV showing all employee history and education.
Be fully Covid vaccinated.
You must be able to speak, read, write and understand English. You’ll need to prove your knowledge of English when you apply.
